Administative Analyst

**Activities**:

  • Coordinate with Manufacturing and Sales for delivery of finished Goods to the customer;
  • Prepare documents for internal processes to include, invoicing, data packs as well as document packages for customer;
  • Schedule and arrange in cooperation with fabrication plant the load out of customer material their respective shore base for use;
  • Assist logistic team with freight/truck contract;
  • Negotiation with logistics service providers
  • Issue of PO to suppliers
  • Registration of customers, suppliers and equipment local inventory management
  • Order invoicing
  • Direct contact with customers.

**Qualifications**:

  • Complete Higher education is desirable;
  • Required previous experience in the role or similar;
  • Knowledge of Office Package;
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or ability to learn systems required to carry out the role.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
