To scale our growth further, we’re looking for adata-driven, self-starting Affiliate Program Managerto own and grow our affiliate ecosystem from end to end. This role combinesstrategic outreach,relationship management, andperformance analysis– and is perfect for someone who’s equal parts analyst and operator.
——–About the RoleYou will be thesole owner of our affiliate operations, responsible for both expanding and optimizing our affiliate network. Your time will be split betweenprospecting and outreach(engaging and onboarding) anddata analysis(monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through data-backed decisions).
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll:
Drive affiliate revenueBuild strong relationships with high-potential partnersLeverage tools and data to optimize program performanceScale the system, not just the numbers——–Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and outreach to potential affiliates and influencers (especially in SaaS and B2B marketing spaces)Manage communications, follow-ups, and onboarding using email automation toolsMonitor and analyze data across platforms like FirstPromoter, Reditus, and PartnerStackIdentify trends, track conversion funnels, and build reports on affiliate performanceContinuously improve onboarding and engagement strategies for affiliatesBuild and maintain strong relationships with top-performing partnersCollaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with product goalsOwn and evolve an affiliate system that ispredictable, trackable, and scalable——–What We’re Looking For3+ years in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, influencer outreach, or growth operations (preferably in B2B SaaS)Stronganalytical mindset– advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIsProven experience managing outreach and communication flows via email and automation toolsExperience withaffiliate platforms(e.
- g. FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, Reditus, or similar)Familiarity with CRM/prospecting tools (e.
