- We are looking for “Bentle Administrator” Hybrid mode in Sao Paulo/Rio de Janeiro who wants to learn and transform his career.
- In this role you will:
- Required Technical Skill Set**
- Bentley Products Administrator (Projectwise, Microstation)
- English Speaking
- Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Fluent in English
- Good Knowledge on ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, SLA.
- )
- Hands on Experience with installation and upgrading of CAD, CAE, and other applications
- Good knowledge in Bentley product Support knowledge, App installation, License Administration, L2 Support, Communication Skills
- Hands-on experience in license Administration of various COTS applications like Bentley, Projectwise, Microstation.
- Leadership and Mentoring Capacities.
- Good organizational, written, and oral communication Skills.
- Creation of license usage & denial reports and budget allocation reports periodically.
- Working with different stack holders (like network team, AD team, SCCM team, Security Team and End user computing Team) to resolve application installation, deployment, and license issues.
- Working closely with SME’s and Key-users to know their requirements and issues
- Good understanding of Product life Cycle Management processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze the work assigned based on priority and respond to customer queries and requests.
- Discuss with onsite lead and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore. Provide status updates regularly to onsite lead.
- Working closely with SME’s and Key-users to know their requirements and issues
- Coordinate and follow-up with product vendors for handling the product bugs.
