- Key responsibilities include data modelling, stakeholder management, process improvement, risk mitigation, and creating detailed documentation and reports.
- Mandatory skills:
- Minimum proven professional experience of 3 (three) years working on Information Technology projects, preferably inlow-code contexts such as Mendix or equivalent platforms;
- Experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting the translation of business rules into digital solutions;
- Experience in agile projects (Scrum or SAFe), participating in ceremonies, refinements, and delivery validations;
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts, APIs, and system integrations.
- Fluent in English.
- Desirable Skills:
- Agile practices: Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Concept of Done, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery;
- Frameworks: Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban, Lean;
- Knowledge of Dev Ops and Mendix low-code application development cycles;
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and design thinking;
- Ability to analyze KPIs and Mendix application adoption metrics.
