This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the retail space.

- Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust data models to support analytical and product data needs across the organizationBuild visually appealing, high-performing, and impactful reporting/dashboard products using tools likeTableau/Sigmaacross large data setsCollaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutionsImplement and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and performanceOwn and define business KPIs, their measurement plans, data requirements and reportingBuild processes to ensure correct, timely and reliable reportingAddress ad-hoc reporting requirements and find pathways for automationBuild and enforce common design patterns to increase report reusability, readability and standardizationCollaborates with other teams.

- 7+ years of IT experience3+ years experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, Data engineering or a similar roleStrongSQL skillsand experience with data modeling techniques (e.

, dimensional modeling, 3 Nf, data vault)Proficiency in a programming language such asPython or ScalaExperience building reporting and dashboarding solutions usingTableau, Sigma, Data Lake/Snowflake or similar ecosystemExpert inDatabase fundamentals, SQLand performance tuningExcellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teamsAbility to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information.
