**Job Description Summary**:
The Commercial Finance Intern will support Commercial Finance activities in Americas, aiming to improve the company’s financial performance on Sales and minimize the risks of the deals. The role will have a relevant exposure among Finance and Commercial teams in Americas and other regions.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Report and analyze orders forecasts for the quarter and full year, following-up the booking process.
- Manage and control down payments, making estimates and assuring the collections.
- Reconcile orders figures between finance and commercial systems.
- Help resolve operational or market related challenges.
- Analyze the commercial and financial risks of customers and give recommendations to minimize them.
- Implement the necessary tools & operating mechanisms across the region to create best in class commercial finance support.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree ongoing in Accounting, Finance, Controllership, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced English: will have frequent contact with GE’s Headquarters.
- Intermediate in MS Office.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
**Desired Characteristics**

- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Basics in Spanish.
- Basics in SAP.
