Perfil

The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support, manage incidents, deliver enhancements, and collaborate with business users to streamline logistics execution and physical goods movement across the supply chain.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support for SAP LES modules and integrated logistics processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to shipping, transportation, warehouse execution, picking/packing, delivery processing, and goods movement.
• Analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, and ensure long-term system stability.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/development) for debugging, fixes, and enhancements.
• Gather business requirements for enhancements and new functional requests.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP LES enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Support regression testing, integration testing, and UAT for deployments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business users in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide user guidance/documentation.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about status, timelines, and technical solutions.

Configure and support core LES functionalities such as: Outbound delivery processing, Shipping and transportation execution, Route determination, Picking & packing, Goods issue posting, Warehouse processes (if WM/EWM familiarity is present), Handling units and serial number managementEnsure robust integration with MM, SD, WM/EWM, TM, and other logistics modules.

• Technical Skills:
• 3–7+ years of hands-on SAP LES experience, including configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of logistics execution processes, shipping, transportation, warehouse activities, and goods movement.
• Prior experience in AMS/production support environments.
• Knowledge of integration points with SD, MM, WM/EWM, and related supply chain modules.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Experience creating functional specs for ABAP enhancements and validating delivered solutions. Experience working in a Global Projects, Enhancements or AMS Support

• Support and interact with diverse teams across multiple locations and time zonesInteract with a cross-functional team to solve problems and gather requirements.
• Should be able to track incidents, service requests, change requests to make sure SLAs are met.
