In this role, you’ll: Lead client success for a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders Build deep internal networks within client organizations to identify value-creation opportunities Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and deliver quarterly reviews, reduce churn, and spot growth opportunities Develop client onboarding and adoption strategies, training stakeholders across platforms and tools Work closely with product, support, editorial, and marketing teams to drive a seamless customer experience Contribute to key cmpany initiatives, feeding back insights to support product development and innovation What sets this apart?
