**Digital BDM (Business Development Manager)**:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

  • Participates in the creation and implementation of the marketing/sales plan for all aspects of the assigned portfolio.
  • Provides support to the sales, commercial and marketing teams within the domains of the assigned business.
  • Identify new business opportunities – new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, for the assigned service/product/business.
  • Promote portfolio value proposition and business offerings internally and externally.
  • Participates in the opportunity management process for critical opportunities.
  • Leads the development of proposal strategies/content/commercial models, both base and alternative cases.
  • Coordinate the technical, operational, commercial and legal risk mitigation/support/reviews for all proposals.
  • Lead proposal/tender management reviews to obtain alignment and approval before proposal submission.
  • Participate in customer proposal/contract negotiations, as needed.
  • Ensures proper handover of associated contracts to GeoUnit stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains good customer relationships in the assigned geography.
  • Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events to gain insight on industry trends and developments.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

  • Advanced English;
  • Excellent opportunity management skills, with an ability to juggle many tasks and opportunities simultaneously yet close opportunities quickly and thoroughly
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable with both in-person and video/audio conferences
  • Strategic thinker able to execute tactically and efficiently in a well-organized manner, with strong documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Proactive attitude and quick aptitude for learning new methods, strategies and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated, as well as collaborating in a team Environment
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • +5 years of relevant experience
  • Exposures (one or multiple):
  • Oilfield valves
  • Processing equipment (e.
  • g. oil treaters, acid gas membranes, pre-treatment systems, MEG, TEG, compressors, seawater systems, etc.
  • )
  • BRZ client base
  • Knowledge in digital solutions (automation, robotics, monitoring, instrumentation) and digitalization;
  • Knowledge of digital products (industry 4.0, products that connect all equipment to a remote system, process and production optimization, emissions management);
  • Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Chemical or Process;

**Desirable**:

  • Coming from the O&G area and having knowledge in FPSO, processing technology (oil, water or gas) and valves;
  • Behavioral: A person with a lot of initiative, arrive playing, looking for the market, strong in business development;
