- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Field Service:
- Independently perform customer care and service tasks on industrial gearboxes, including inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting at on- and offshore sites
- Ensure excellent customer retention through clear communication of timelines and expectations
- Provide expert recommendations on replacement parts and give general technical guidance to customers
- Prepare detailed site reports, measurement logs, and alignment protocols in English, addressing customer requirements and needs
- Occasionally participate in assembly tasks at RENK Group
- Sales Support:
- Manage and maintain the installed base of RENK Marine & Industry equipment across Brazil
- Proactively identify and pursue service opportunities throughout the lifecycle of our equipment
- Consult with end-users of RENK equipment to manage the full sales cycle, both remotely and on-site
- Prepare competitive and accurate quotes for customers
- Utilize relevant portals, such as Petronec, for sales and service activities
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Centers in Germany and Switzerland to ensure seamless service delivery
- What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in mechanical systems with proven expertise in industrial gearboxes
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field service within industrial environments
- Project management experience, particularly in large-scale construction sites, is a plus
- Self-motivated, structured, and well-organized work approach
- Strong team player with a genuine customer-centric mindset
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
