The Head of Project Management contributes to the highest realization performance by providing all needed resources in the right capability and availability, driving effective usage, and continuously developing them to ensure efficient execution of business processes.
- Responsibilities
- Effectively provision the right resources to ensure efficient process execution.
- Continuously improve the capabilities of all resources to meet process requirements, ensuring employees are trained and qualified.
- Support execution by supervising the correct application of procedures and optimizing processes.
- Collaborate with creation to obtain necessary resources (tools, software, etc.
- ) in a timely manner.
- Develop employees professionally.
- Maintain and optimize infrastructure and equipment.
- Keep relevant knowledge up to date in documentation and systems.
- Optimize resource utilization in cooperation with Business Execution and global networks.
- Communicate regularly with employees about ROSEN topics such as business status, organization, and strategy.
- Measure department performance using Resourcing performance indicators aligned with Group definitions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, work procedures, and correct use of IT systems.
- Promote standards and procedures (e.

- , 5S) and support business-specific standards.
- Support health, safety, security, and value of resources.
- Develop a culture emphasizing market orientation, quality, continuous improvement, and employee retention.
- Align resources with ROSEN brand attributes.
- Participate in decision-making and resource planning for new business lines.
- Ensure compliance with the code of conduct and local regulations.
- Achieve targets effectively and efficiently.
- Support HR recruitment initiatives and promote proactive talent sourcing.
- What you will bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Project Management within an international company.
- Ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- Excellent communication skills, experience with senior leadership, and employee representatives.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
