- We are looking for as the Head of Sales Global
- Media Ad Performance for our dynamic Media Hub specializing in performance media products, you will be responsible for driving revenue and leadership and differntes countrys example: LATAM, EUROPA, USA and in the future ASIA.
- You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability of the project.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing global sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Analyse the performance of commercial activities by using key metrics
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and revenue within the media industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Business Development:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media partners to drive business growth and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue potential.
- Sales Operations:
- Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, share best practices, and coordinate activities to support sales initiatives.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the media industry, with a focus on performance media products.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (Preferred Knowledge in Pipedrive)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Requirements.
- European VISA, USA is a Plus
- Advanced communication skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish, to be utilized in commercial negotiations and partner relationship management.
