- As a US Recruiter, you will help find and hire candidates for job openings with our US-based clients. You'll search resumes, contact candidates, screen them, and submit profiles to hiring teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from US clients
- Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)
- Call and screen candidates based on skills & visa types
- Submit profiles to team leads or clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain records using internal tools
