What We’re Looking ForWe’re on the lookout for a Lead Designer who’s ready to take creative ownership of projects and guide our design team to new heights. This role blends hands-on design work with team leadership. You’ll work closely with clients, help define creative direction, and ensure our design output is always next-level.

- What You’ll DoLead and mentor a small but mighty team of designers;
- Oversee the creative direction of projects across UI/UX, branding, and marketing design;
- Be the go-to person for client presentations and creative feedback loops;
- Collaborate directly with SaaS founders to translate their vision into design;
- Ensure all designs meet our quality standards and stay aligned with client goals;
- Get hands-on with high-impact projects—yes, we want your creative brain in action;
- Support the development of internal design processes and culture.
- What You’ll BringFluent English (you’ll be leading conversations with US-based clients);
- 10+ years of experience in digital design, including UI/UX and branding;
- Strong portfolio with strategic design work across websites, identities, and marketing assets;
- Experience managing or mentoring other designers;
- Tools: Figma, Framer, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (Webflow is a plus!);
- Confident communicator with a strong design POV.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience designing for SaaS startups;
- Animation/motion design or basic video editing skills;
- Systems thinking and ability to build scalable design guidelines.
