Porchlight is a new short-term rental (think Airbnb, VRBO) property management company getting ready to open our doors and begin outbound sales. We are looking for a first sales hire who can begin by making outbound calls to American leads in order to develop a sales process that they can then teach to a team they ultimately manage.

This is absolutely a growth position that can be both lucrative and career developing.
We have a few key needs:

Native or near native English
Experience in Outbound Sales
Strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) – great listener and able to understand what’s going on with the clients you speak to
Strong abilities in Relational Sales
Willingness to begin on the front lines and move into management
Good at developing and refining sales techniques

Base pay plus commission to start and bonus potential as manager

Pay: From R$44.00 per hour
