We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P2P Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our P2P trading platform. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations, enhance the user experience, and develop strategies to improve P2P trading functionalities. You will work closely with the product, marketing, compliance, tech, and support teams to optimize the platform and drive growth.

- Manage P2P Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the P2P trading platform, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Responsibilities
Monitor market trends and competitors: Analyze market trends and competitors, collect information about competitors to develop expansion strategies, and adjust plans to ensure Bybit P2P’s competitiveness.
- User Experience Optimization: Identify pain points and opportunities in the P2P trading process to improve user experience.
- Risk Management: Implement and monitor fraud prevention strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and platform performance.
- Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and tech teams to implement new features and ensure the platform evolves to meet market demands.
- User Support: Coordinate with customer service to address and resolve user issues related to P2P transactions promptly.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure P2P operations adhere to local and international laws and regulations.
- Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in operations management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or P2P platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and P2P trading mechanisms.
- Required Skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven team management and leadership abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Focus on operational accuracy and excellence.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of crypto regulations, including AML/KYC requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
