- Responsiblities:
- 1. Based on the company’s strategic plan, plan the domestic manufacturing resource layout and the construction and development of overseas manufacturing plants.
2. Take full responsibility for the QCDS and personnel operations of domestic and international manufacturing plants, formulate medium- and long-term strategies, achieve goals across all dimensions, and continuously optimize costs throughout the entire value chain.
3. Promote the comprehensive upgrading
