We are looking for a Community builder and Social Media manager for Mentor Talent, your role will be to manage our Social Media accounts focusing on ; engage with the tech and startup community and engage in social selling

- Responsibilities:
- Take a part in the creation of a strategic plan of Mentor’s client base
- Be active in the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network
- Be responsible to keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
- Acquire employers that are searching for tech talent to our platform
- Generate own leads
- Requirements:
- Has worked in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment
- Experience & network in the HR/ Recruiting Industry
- Fluency in English (spoken, listening and written)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
- Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
- Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
- Ambition to stay and grow with company long term with a focus on expanding our client base
- A flare for sales and negotiation
