The OpportunityThis is a senior-level, high-impact role for a commercially driven leader with deep roots in the LATAM energy sector. You will spearhead all sales efforts across key territories, particularlyBrazil, Chile, and Colombia– working directly with utilities, system operators, and regulatory stakeholders to bring best-in-class solutions to mission-critical environments.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the regional go-to-market strategy, managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, and building high-value, long-term relationships with commercial and technical decision-makers.

What You’ll DoDrive new businessacross LATAM, identifying and converting opportunities within utilities, grid operators, ISOs, and energy companiesLead strategic enterprise sales cycles , owning deals from initial contact through to closeDevelop and execute regional strategy , working closely with the global sales and marketing leadershipEngage deeply with client stakeholders , including executive and operational teams, to foster trust and partnershipRepresent the businessat major industry conferences, roundtables, and sector events across Latin AmericaPartner cross-functionallywith global product, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successYour BackgroundWe’re looking for a seasoned commercial operator with a strong command of LATAM’s energy markets and a deep understanding of how complex software solutions are sold in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will bring:

7+ years of enterprise software sales experience (APM, EAM, OT or similar solutions)A proven track record in theLATAM utility and energy landscape , especially inBrazil, Chile, and ColombiaStrong relationships withgrid operators, utilities, and energy stakeholdersin the regionExperience managingcomplex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle salesFluent Spanish and Englishrequired;

Portuguesehighly advantageousGravitas, consultative sales ability, and the resilience to work across both public and private energy institutionsWillingness to travel extensively across Latin America as neededWhy Now?This is not just another sales role.
