- What would be your role?
- Contribute to the development of strong backend systems using Node.
- js in a cloud-native environment.
- Design and implement secure, scalable system architecture, including microservices-based solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and apply strong quality assurance practices, including testing and CI/CD workflows.
- Develop and manage data operations using MongoDB, ensuring performance and stability.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers in a highly collaborative development setting.
- Optimize performance and reliability of backend services for real-time applications.
- Stay current with backend engineering best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- What we are ideally looking for
- 7+ years of experience in backend engineering, with strong expertise in Node.
- js.
- Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Experience designing scalable systems using microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with QA practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
