Senior Internal Talent AdvisorWe are looking for a Senior Internal Talent Advisor based in Brazil to join our team in a senior-level role within Talent Acquisition. This position serves as a strategic liaison between our Client and Randstad, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.

- Strategic recruitment operations and client engagementKey Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
- Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experiencein full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
- Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e.
- g.
- ,Randstad , Adecco, Manpower), especially inclient-facing or manager-facing roles .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills , with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
- Native Portuguese, Fluent in English(Spanish is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
- Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
