Role Description
Qubittron is seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS Consultant who is fluent in both English and Portuguese to support our growing portfolio of SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC system upgrades and deep familiarity with SPAU/SPDD activities, along with a passion for delivering high-quality technical support in a global environment. This is a contract role.
- Qualifications
- Plan and execute SAP ECC upgrade projects, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Handle all technical aspects of SPAU and SPDD during upgrade cycles.
- Provide BASIS administration across SAP landscapes including performance tuning, transport management, and system health checks.
- Support post-upgrade activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with functional teams.
- Participate in planning and cutover strategies for upgrades, migrations, and patching.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies; must be able to communicate clearly in both Portuguese and English.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a SAP BASIS Consultant with proven ECC upgrade delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with SPAU/SPDD resolution techniques.
- Solid understanding of SAP landscape architecture, kernel upgrades, and database administration.
- Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, STMS, and transport management.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- SAP certifications in BASIS or HANA Administration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural, global environment.
