Mission:
- Qualifications:
- ·Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
- ·Bachelor’s Degree in Energy or Engineering, or a related technical field.
- ·3+ years' of experience in energy sector.
- ·Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- ·Strong project management skills with the ability to track contract and projects requirements for multiple projects in diverse areas.
- ·Ownership, autonomy, and organization.
- Responsibilities:
- ·Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
- ·Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- ·Support market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
- ·Support the sales team with technical and strategic input during negotiations and project closure.
- ·Evaluate technical requirements and propose viable, competitive solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- ·Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders, presenting technical and commercial proposals effectively.
- ·Collaborate with teams in Brazil and China across multiple technical Business Units.
