You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and delivering exceptional talent in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- What You’ll DoOwn and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and/or non-technical roles across departments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success metrics.
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Champion a data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring quality and speed.
