  • The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers and a key driver of our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and delivering exceptional talent in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and/or non-technical roles across departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success metrics.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring quality and speed.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer negotiation.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced companies and or headhunting firms.
  • Proven success hiring for a range of roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.

  • , Greenhouse, Lever), and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
