Responsibilities:
According to the general requirements of the group’s procurement system and the actual situation in Brazil, optimize the procurement process and coordinate with various departments to promote its implementation.
Promote the application of information technology tools in procurement in Brazil, organize relevant training, proactively identify business disruption points, implement them in the system, and carry out the deployment.
- Promote the continuous optimization of the Brazilian supplier resource base to meet the group’s procurement management requirements: fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.
- Understand the relevant fiscal aspects in procurement operations and ensure the tax compliance of procurement activities.
Proactively identify supply chain management risks in Brazil and collaborate across departments to ensure supply chain security. 6. Implement procurement internal control management at the Brazil site in accordance with the group procurement internal control policy and build a compliance defense line.
