We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Team Leader to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Control, Electrical, or Naval) or a Naval Engineer diploma, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required, along with strong leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise complex service tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between the service team and management, providing updates and regular reports.
  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Naval Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for service assignments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings.
  • Profiency in dealing with field signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, Hart, relay outputs, PT-100) and industrial network protocols.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D programs
  • Familiarity with electrical circuits, electric panels, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and ATEX standards.

Familiarity with SCADA systems, Electric Motors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic and Safety Valves, Load Cell Functionality/Calibration, Pressure and Temperature Sensor Functionality/Calibration, Piston Pumps with Fixed and Variable Displacement, Hydraulic Motors with Fixed or Variable Displacement, Electric Motors

  • Familiarity of Siemens PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500) and industrial network protocols.
  • Knowledge about Drum Winches, Chain Tensioning Systems, and Crane Functionalities.
