  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage email correspondence and client inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow-ups
  • Assist in organizing and managing content for marketing campaigns
  • Update and maintain provider profiles on the Sofia Health platform
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Help with social media scheduling and community engagement
  • Requirements:
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English only)
  • Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Mindbody, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.
