  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide techno-functional support across HRIS platforms (e.
  • g.
  • , Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or custom solutions).
  • Analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and develop integrations/scripts as needed.
  • Support end-to-end testing, data migration, issue resolution, and user acceptance during peak cycles.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery leads.
  • Rapidly onboard to new projects with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including functional specs, technical designs, and test scripts.

  • Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR technology (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.

  • Strong techno-functional background — ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML/XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, and at least one scripting language.
  • Experience supporting Open Enrollment, year-end processes, or large-scale implementations.
  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal); Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Certifications: Workday Pro, SuccessFactors Associate, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with Benefits Administration, Payroll Interfaces, or Time & Attendance.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence.
